FAQ1: Which IP Rating Do I Need?
The answer to this question ultimately depends on the environment in which your fixtures will be installed. If your fixtures will be subjected to dust, sand, debris, or liquids, choosing a fixture with a high IP rating is advised. To decide which IP rating is suitable for your project, examine the space where the fixture will be placed. Typically, low IP ratings are used for areas such as indoor settings and sealed fixtures. High-IP-rated fixtures are used for outdoor locations subjected to a greater amount of liquids and dust, areas with a large footfall, wet locations, and unsealed locations.
It also depends on customers' applications environement, such as outdoor usage, indoor usage, acutral usaging environment. Some application only request surface IP rating, but some applications have to request complete machine IP rating.

Projected capacitive touch (PCT) technology is a capacitive technology which allows more accurate and flexible operation, by etching the conductive layer. FAQ: Why TPC-PC240A only support Win 10, Linux and Unix Operating system?
TAICENN low power fanless pc embedded TBOX-24X0 adapts with Intel Apollo lake Celeron J3455 or J3355 processor. This CPU from Intel don’t support Win7 and Win8 core Windows operating system. So, all TAICENN low power fanless pc embedded products with J3455 or J3355 processor will not support WIN7, WIN8 operating system, but support with Win10, Linux OS only. Win10 has been a mainstream operating system already, can meet most application requirements.
