The problem in the 1.0 phase is how to collect data. The problem is that the device is old, there is no interface to provide device status, or there is a data interface, but the manufacturer does not purchase the corresponding service. If the user wants the machine manufacturer to provide data, it needs extra Paid, or the equipment on the production line comes from different manufacturers, there is no interconnection between them, or the machine equipment and MES system (manufacturing enterprise production process execution system), the entire factory management system also comes from different manufacturers, between them There is also no interoperability. In short, different vendors face different problems. Therefore, it is necessary to promote data collection and data analysis faster through some open standardized solutions.

Twenty years ago, industry and the Internet of Things were completely irrelevant. The equipment manufacturers in the industrial system were very focused on the industry itself, and the Internet companies did not care about the industry. The two have obvious boundaries. Today, the boundaries between the two are becoming more and more blurred. Domestic Internet giants are watching the industrial Internet and are building their own industrial nodes. Traditional industrial equipment manufacturers are looking at how to apply Internet technology to industrial systems. In another decade, this convergence will become more apparent.
