At present, Sany Heavy Industry has built intelligent systems such as workshop intelligent monitoring network and tool management system, public manufacturing resource positioning and material tracking management system, planning, logistics, quality control system, production control center (PCC) central control system, etc. The unit has jointly developed intelligent loading and unloading robots, intelligent monitoring network for workshop equipment based on DNC system, intelligent warehouse and AGV transportation software and hardware systems, material and resource tracking and positioning system based on RFID equipment and wireless sensor network, and advanced planning and scheduling. Key core intelligent devices such as system (APS), manufacturing execution system (MES), logistics execution system (LES), online quality inspection system (SPC), and production control center management decision system, which realize the tracking of manufacturing resources and the monitoring of production processes.
